Governance architecture

The three principal vehicles for ensuring our good governance are:

  • The Environmental Sustainability Committee – support and develop the company’s position and response to climate change and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
  • The Risk and Compliance Committee – keep the company up-to-date on changes in law, regulatory focus and ethical practice.

A SMARTER FOCUS ON COMPLIANCE

Compliance Vision Zero culture
