Together we will always do what’s right

We have a shared responsibility to be honest, transparent and ethical in all our activities.

As a team, we are firmly committed to demonstrating how compliance is embedded in our culture.

Zero Harm to our people and business

ROBUST OPERATIONAL PROCESSES

Governance architecture

The three principal vehicles for ensuring our good governance are:

  • The Certas Energy Board – manages ESG matters and oversees company’s strategy, execution, and risk management.
  • The Environmental Sustainability Committee – support and develop the company’s position and response to climate change and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
  • The Risk and Compliance Committee – keep the company up-to-date on changes in law, regulatory focus and ethical practice.

A SMARTER FOCUS ON COMPLIANCE

Compliance Vision Zero culture

Compliance Vision Zero is about fostering a culture where individuals feel empowered and supported to speak up on compliance issues and have their voice heard.

  • Regular staff training on key compliance topics
  • Good Catch Awards – rewards colleagues who show a strong understanding of compliance risks, and promotes a culture of compliance awareness in the workplace
  • Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy – risk identification and management
  • Monthly Legal and Compliance Connect meetings across the business
  • Compliance Hub – an online resource hub for all up-to-date business compliance resources
