We currently have a vacancy for a Business Applications Development Analyst within our IT team, at our office in Birchwood, Warrington.

You will report in to our I.T Business Support Manager and as a Business Applications Development Analyst you will be responsible for the development and Support of Software Applications for the business using tools such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and JavaScript. The role involves working closely with other team members and IT to ensure the developments are secure, scalable and dynamic to meet the needs of the business, while providing ongoing support.

We expect you to be remain current with new developments in mobile technology and applications to further and improve the success of the business, while working closely with other team members and IT to ensure the web environment is secure, scalable and dynamic to meet the needs of the business.

You should have, Knowledge and understanding of business analysis, principles, processes, and techniques. With experience of CODAS being desirable. It will be a further strength if you have In-depth knowledge of either the sales, marketing, finance or logistics functional areas with in depth knowledge of oil/fuel industry.

This is a chance for you to use excellent interpersonal skills, to liaise with suppliers, team members and all levels of users. While you would be working within a professional team, there will be a capacity to work alone and you should prioritise work according to business needs using good analytical and problem solving skills.
