Description

We currently have an opportunity in our Credit Support team to work at our office in Larbert. We are offering a competitive salary for a 37.5 hour week. This is a Permanent position and the standard working hours are 830am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

In this role you would process all Credit Applications to completion, action all yearly and 3 monthly credit limit reviews and action all review requests to specified mailbox within allocated timescale for specified brands.

This is an opportunity to showcase you excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills while requesting and obtaining information from customers in order to justify and maintain credit limits.

You would liaise with insurers and insurance brokers when required and with the sales staff and senior management regarding credit limits and withdrawals, while working towards individual and team targets set by your manager.

It is desirable for you to have good knowledge & understanding of credit insurance, good Microsoft Office skills and relevant experience in a credit control environment.
