We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Business partner to join our team at our office in Birchwood. We are offering a competitive salary for the position and as a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for Key financial support to the England and Wales regional businesses and other ancillary businesses.


In this exciting role you will be to provide high quality commercially oriented financial leadership to the Strategic Consulting Team.  This will be a new cross functional team working closely with National accounts leaders to driving growth through strategic consulting process.. Reporting to Finance, with a dotted line to National accounts leader, this role will be pivotal in helping drive new business opportunities and driving customer intimacy.


Pivotal requirements to the role will be the ability to demonstrate a consultative approach to working with customers in order to establish a detailed understanding of their business and of the customer cost base. From this base and working with the cross functional team you will generate opportunities through detailed analytics to reduce costs for the customer . These recommendations will form key part of external documentation to be presented and reviewed with both the customer and internal stakeholders.


It is essential to have a CIMA OR ACCA qualification and we would ideally look for 5 years post qualification experience across a fast paced and multi-site commercial business while being persuasive and influential across the business, with exceptional analytical skills.
