We are currently recruiting for a Telephony and Network Support Analyst based at our Warrington office to provide back office support for and on behalf of Certas Energy and its customers to ensure a timely and smooth turnaround of the department’s processes
This role is a full time position (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday 830am until 5pm.
You would be expected to manage and support the telephony systems on a day-to-day operational basis while being responsible for the provision and maximum availability of Telephony infrastructure including physical telephone hardware and associated software applications, landlines.
We would look for you to have strong communication skills, both verbal and written with good attention to detail, as you will be expected to Log, manage and resolve tasks using the WebHelpDesk software to the agreed timescales and internal Service Level Agreements and communicate to the users so that they are informed of progress.
This role is based in Warrington with travel to other Certas Energy locations as and when required
Use of Splicecom phone system and/or Linux application experience is advantageous and a proven track record in delivering a comprehensive IT telephony services or experience within IT with strong technical knowledge a further advantage.
It is essential to have excellent Microsoft office abilities including excel, word, powerpoint and outlook, with further experience in medium to large voice and data network deployments.
