Description

We currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Payable Clerk within the Accounting team at our Larbert office, working 37.5 hours Monday - Friday.

 

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be required to carry out administration functions in relation to stock ensuring that all colleagues, customers and suppliers receive the highest standard of service. Day to day responsibilities will include processing invoices and credit notes, allocating supplier payments and reconciling supplier statements.

 

You should ensure that the customer requirements are met in a courteous, professional manner at all times while being aware of and understanding the departmental and business targets; and the role that you play in their delivery.

 

Good attention to detail is essential for this role along with good organisational and communication skills. Purchase ledger experience is desirable although not mandatory.
