We are currently recruiting for Logistic Coordinators to maintain and develop an effective, efficient and productive driver workforce, with focus on delivery of operational excellence, the customer promise and working within allocated budgets and maximising efficiencies. Also to ensure all required administration is effectively and efficiently collated.
The main responsibilities of this role include liasing with the regional operations teams in relation to the delivery tickets, printing and distributing the agreed loads accordingly in order to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved. Also prioritising where necessary any deliveries that have failed or routes that require adjusting to complete the daily workload.
Working hours for this role are 40 per week, which are based on a rotating shift pattern that includes weekend and evening working.

The main skills and experience we are looking for are:
- A competent understanding of the working time directive.
- A competent understanding of the driver’s hour’s regulations.
- A competent understanding of the vehicles and their operation.
- Having previously worked within a fuels delivery environment would be advantageous.
- Previous routing experience would be advantageous.
- Having worked within an environment where people management is required would be advantageous.
- Having the ability to identify areas that could be improved for the benefit of the business is desirable.

We recruit sales people to sell our fuel, oils and lubricants as well as drivers to deliver the products to our customers who may be individual home owners, farmers, small or large businesses! In addition, we have a dedicated team of service engineers who work within Team Energy.
