Description

We currently have a vacancy for an Office Administrator at our Dumfries office, working 37.5 hours Monday – Friday, on a Fixed Term Contract until 31/7/2019

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about our company and grow from within. You will be responsible for providing an administration service to the depot which aims to satisfy the needs and requirements of Certas Energy’s customers in a professional, responsive and effective manner, which will ensure the smooth day to day running of the depot.

You will be involved in daily duties within the depot, and you would be expected to Log and provide an effective response and resolution to customer enquiries and requests for information. These may include - but are not limited to, product availability, delivery date and time availability, order and delivery status, product and technical information, while Updating and capturing all relevant delivery information to ensure a safe and compliant delivery.

 

Good attention to detail is essential for this role along with good organisational and communication skills. We would expect you to have excellent customer service skills while being able to analyse and solve customer queries.
