Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor based at our Castleford office on a Fixed Term Contract to provide support for and on behalf of the Retail team and its customers to ensure a timely and smooth turn round of the department’s processes

 

This role is a full time position (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm (flexible).

 

Day to day responsibilities will include, Processing of Retail dealer  fuel orders accurately and efficiently, and liaise with other departments within the business as required, namely Credit Control; and Transport providers to ensure customer service levels are maintained; while taking full control of all tasks required, including managing the process of customer fuel requirements to provide excellent customer service.

Ensure a good working relationship with the Retail Business Managers in your team in order to support new Sales activities in line with campaign activity and prospecting of lapsed accounts.  

We would look for you to have Sales experience, strong communication skills, both verbal and written with good attention to detail. In order to help support the retail client and customer base. You should have a flexible, positive attitude to work, while ensuring customers are met with a professional manner at all times.

 

It is also beneficial to have strong IT skills, within Word, Excel and Outlook, although not essential as training will be provided.
