We currently have an opportunity for a Sales/Service Representative to join our Domestic team in our Castleford office on a full time, permanent basis. The standard hours for this role are 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday. Saturday working is also included during the winter months on a shift rotation basis.

Our Sales Representatives are responsible for the development of our customer base, handling inbound calls and making outbound queries. You will be responsible for the customer journey and ensuring each account is maximised to its full potential. This is a hybrid role which also includes Customer Service responsibilities to suit the business needs.
Are you a Certas Energy Sales/Service Representative?
We’re looking for you to have strong negotiation and customer service skills as well as confidence in your own ability. It is preferred that you have prior experience within a similar role with a proven ability to upsell and cross sell, while being resilient, persistent and tenacious in this target driven and results orientated position. You will also need to be confident and patient when resolving customer queries.

In addition, we have a dedicated team of service engineers who work within Team Energy.
