Our Sales Supervisors work in a fast paced environment and face different challenges every single day. Through high performance, you will have great prospects for progression and lucrative commission potential.

In this role, you are responsible for the management and development of our Sales Executives. Coordinating the targets of the team to ensure the sales potential is fully maximised, using a combination of up selling, account management, new customer acquisition and cross-selling as indicated within KPIs and performance targets. You would also manage your own portfolio, alongside being responsible for optimising your teams performance.

We recruit sales people to sell our fuel, oils and lubricants as well as drivers to deliver the products to our customers who may be individual home owners, farmers, small or large businesses!
