Customer Service Advisor - Larbert
We currently have an opportunity for an Advisor to join our Heating Services team at our Larbert office. In the role your main responsibilities would be generating & retaining customers and deliver an exceptional level of customer service. To ensure that all administration processes are maintained and expected deadlines are achieved. Support the departments activities to ensure that service visits from engineers are scheduled and planned in advance, to maximise our productivity.
The hours for the role are 37.5 hour per week, Monday to Friday.

The main skills and experience we are looking for are:
- Experience of working in a customer service role, involving an element of selling to customers
- Effective organisational skills in order to plan own work on a daily basis
- The ability to negotiate with customers
- An excellent communicator, particularly over the phone
- High degree of self-motivation and time management
- Possesses a results orientated attitude
- Good listening skills
- Energy and enthusiasm to deal effectively with customers and engineers
- Team Player
