We currently have an opportunity for Depot Supervisor work at our depots in Penrith and Dalston (Carlisle). We are offering a competitive salary for the position and a Depot Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the transport functions within the depot and have the ability to adapt to change with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. While ensuring full compliance to all statutory legislation, company policies and procedures. To promote honesty, integrity and accountability across the operating area with a defined teamwork ethic.
In this exciting role you will be expected to Manage and control drivers keeping clear lines of responsibility and accountability and to Ensure drivers are working within driver handbook regulations and company policy and procedures.
This is an opportunity to coach and motivate employees in order to retain staff and build morale, effective and regular personal development reviews to identify training needs.
