The successful applicant would be required to maximise the margin generated from every customer opportunity, using a combination of up selling, customer retention, new customer acquisition and cross-selling. To work within a team that aims to satisfy the needs and requirements of our contracted customers in a professional, responsive and effective manner.
• To ensure that all sales calls are effectively "closed" and a sale secured
• To identify any cross-sell opportunities making a note on the system and communicating this to the appropriate person within the department
• To communicate the estimated delivery time to the Customer ensuring all parties, internal and external, were satisfied.
• Respond to all calls in accordance with specified call response guidelines
• To provide the relevant price information for all customer sales made
• Logging of all the required customer details on our management system
• Take customer orders accurately and record in our management system
• To collect and correctly input all customer data that is required by the business e.g. email address, mobile number, financial etc
• To develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all the company’s products and services
