FarmFest 2026 VIP Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. THE PARTICIPANT WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THEM WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THIS COMPETITION. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT’S RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

The Promoter of this Competition is Certas Energy UK Limited (the “Promoter”).

Eligibility

This Competition is open to the Promoter’s customers and prospective customers in England, Scotland and Wales aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Certas Energy and its associated companies in the DCC PLC group, its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the Competition.

To be eligible to participate in the Competition, you must: be over 18 years of age at the time of entry; complete the competition entry form (the “Form”); answer the competition question correctly (the “Competition Question”); submit your entry between 28 April 2026 and 10 May 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Your submission of an entry implies agreement with these terms and conditions.

Entry Conditions

The Promoter will not accept: responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including technical malfunction or system failures; or proof of submission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

By submitting an entry, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require the participant to provide proof of eligibility to participate.

There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.

The Promoter will not accept entries that are: Automatically generated by a computer completed by third parties or in bulk; illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or incomplete. Photocopies of originals

Competition Period

The Competition opens at 00:01 on the 28 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 10 May 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

The Prize

There will be two winners, each receiving: one pair (2x) of VIP Gold tickets to FarmFest 2026, taking place at Stoneleigh Park from 22 May to 24 May 2026.

Each Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.

The Prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses unless otherwise stated. The Prize may be subject to further FarmFest ticket terms and conditions. FarmFest is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this promotion.

Winner Selection & Notification

Two winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries that correctly answer the Competition Question.

The draw will take place on 11 May 2026 (“Draw Date”). The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winners will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) on the Draw Date.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another eligible entrant.

General

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults of any kind.

The Promoter must either publish or make available information indicating that a valid award took place. To comply, the Promoter will provide the surname and county of winners to anyone who emails [email protected] within 1 month after the Draw Date. If you object to this information being published, please contact the Promoter. The Promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

The Promoter reserves the right to: disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms; replace the Prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary; withdraw, amend or suspend the Competition where required due to circumstances beyond its control.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility if a winner is unable to take up the Prize.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or personal injury suffered as a result of participation in the Competition.

Governing Law

The Competition and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
